Delete your Logasaurus account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. In the app: Settings › Delete account. Without the app: enter your sign-in email below and we'll email you a confirmation link.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile and settings.
  • Your whole logbook: entries, aircraft, people, certificates, endorsements, instructor signatures, attachments and scans.
  • Backups, shares, crew links, drafts, AI usage records and answer reports.
  • Support tickets are kept without your name or address, so our records of past fixes stay complete.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Payment records we must keep for tax (for example a gift you bought) are kept without your logbook. Server backups roll off within 30 days.

Export first if you might want it later: Settings › Your data downloads your logbook as JSON, CSV and a printable PDF.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in that store. Web subscriptions are cancelled with the account.
